This Angry Granny finds herself embroiled in an unusual race for survival through the picturesque streets of Miami, after Granny escapes from a mental hospital. Everything around her is buzzing with life, but for Nana the most important thing is freedom. She rushes forward, not looking back, and escapes from the pursuing orderlies, who are eager to bring Angry Granny back to the care of the hospital.
There is always a special atmosphere on the streets of Miami, and today it is embodied in all the obstacles that stand in Angry Grandma's way. Convertibles, rushing cabs, daring skateboarders, and each one is a new threat. But for a skilled escapee like Granny, it's more of a challenge than an obstacle. Every meter of her path is a new opportunity to make money. Coins are scattered everywhere, and by collecting them, the runner can increase her score. But the most important thing is time. The longer she stays free, the more points are added to her fearless escape.
